The problem with dairy…
Lately, the oven’s been cold and the fridge has been devoid of butter. Why all the slacking? I’ve recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy and am figuring out how to keep on with the baking despite my inability to digest butter, milk, cheesecake, and yes, even chocolate. However, I know amazing dairy-free desserts are possible. I’ve tasted them! Now I just have to figure out how to bake them.
